Private Lesson Policies
Make up lessons are only given for private lessons cancelled by phone, email (email@example.com) or through our website at least 24 hours in advanced and are scheduled based on the availability of the instructor. Any lesson cancelled with less than 24-hours notice will be forfeited and not receive a make-up lesson. RockStars Music Studios does not give billing credits for any missed lessons. There are no make ups or credits for any missed group classes.
RockStars Music Studios holds several concerts throughout the year. All students under the age of eighteen with a six month tenure are required to perform in every Young Soloist concert. RockStars Live Band Concerts are held for students enrolled in the RockStars Live Band or Vocal Performance Workshops. All enrolled students are required to attend every workshop and perform in all Live Band Concerts. No credits or make-ups will be given for students who miss or do not attend a Performance Workshop or RockStars Concert.
All students are required to enroll in a monthly auto-debit program to pay for ongoing lessons. Payments are deducted on the 25th day of every month for the upcoming month. Payments continue deducting automatically every month until cancelled. RockStars requires a 30 day notice to cancel lessons indefinitely. To cancel lessons for an indefinite amount of time or terminate them completely, you must do so by filling out the Lesson Termination Form located on our website. Payments will continue deducting automatically until 30 days after the lesson termination form is received. There are no refunds for students wishing to cancel lessons after payment has been received. All students must attend or forfeit the remainder of lessons paid for.
RockStars Music Studios operates on a 46-week school calendar. Monthly payments for lessons include the cost of 46 lessons per year, divided into twelve equal payments. There are no make-up lessons or credits given during months when RockStars is closed.
RockStars Music Studios reserves the right to use any and all images, recordings, videos and other forms of media of any students or participants for promotional uses including but not limited to flyers, brochures, websites, advertising, and press releases.
All lesson rates, policies and terms are subject to change.
